Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Salas Abax, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect a Google Account.

2. Service purpose

Salas Abax lets users check availability, reserve meeting rooms and manage meetings. Available functions depend on the assigned role. Google Calendar integration is optional and enabled separately by each user.

3. Accounts and security

Each user is responsible for protecting their credentials, using an authorized account and reporting unrecognized access. Users may not share accounts, attempt to access another person's information or bypass permission controls.

4. Bookings and availability

Bookings must represent legitimate room use. The application prevents known overlapping reservations, but administrators may modify or cancel bookings when required for operational, maintenance or security reasons.

5. Google Calendar

By connecting a Google Account, the user authorizes Salas Abax to create, update and delete calendar events corresponding to that user's room bookings. Salas Abax remains the source of record: changing or deleting an event directly in Google Calendar does not change the booking or release the room.

Synchronization also depends on Google services. A temporary synchronization failure does not invalidate a booking stored in Salas Abax, and the application may retry it.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not submit unlawful content, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests or interfere with availability for other users.

7. Availability and changes

Grupo Abax may perform maintenance, fix errors, change features or suspend access when necessary. We seek to preserve booking integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of external services.

8. Intellectual property

The Salas Abax software, design, brand and original content are protected by applicable law. Google Calendar and Google trademarks belong to Google LLC and are governed by Google's terms.

9. Termination

A user may stop using the integration and revoke Google access from Integrations. Grupo Abax may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create a service risk.
